Brian’s teaching philosophy is simple. He is a huge believer in the “KISS” (Keep It Simple Silly) method of teaching.  If you make class simple, fun and stress free, students will enjoy the class and retain critical life saving information.  Brian’s favorite hobbies include fishing, sight-seeing road trips, occasional casino gambling, and spending quality time with family and friends.  He currently resides in Deer Park, Texas with his wonderful wife Hollie and are proud parents to a miniature schnauzer puppy named “Tatoo” and a Siamese/calico cat named “Lacie.”

When students come to one of these classes they are usually coming from a stressful environment--ranging from a long day at work or school to a bad drive through rush hour. I try and keep my classes as simple, stress free, and even fun as possible. This leads to better information retention and an easier time learning overall. I enjoy weight lifting, running, hiking, and kayaking. I recently moved to Austin with my girlfriend, Megan, and am having fun exploring the city and avoiding the Nebraska winter.
